Freebreath Return Policy

1. Unopened and unused products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping fee.
2. Products that have been opened but are in their original condition can be returned within 10 days of purchase subject to a 5% restocking fee.
3. We do not accept product returns if there have been contact bodily fluids.
4. Freebreath will review all product returns for product condition and possible user/shipping damage. Please note that if your return does not meet the required return criteria, a replacement may incur additional charges.
5. We do not cover shipping expenses for items that are not defective or if the item was returned due to buyer’s remorse.
6. If the product is accidentally damaged during shipment, you can apply for a FREE replacement.


Freebreath Refund Policy

1. Ordered can be cancelled for a full refunds within 12 hours of payment and order confirmation. After 12 hours, you must submit a Freebreath Refund Request. 
2. Refunds can be issued within 30 days of original purchase date.

 


Freebreath Product Warranty

1. Free Breath Quality Guarantee: All products are carefully tested for quality control prior to shipment. However, we will offer a free exchange and pay for shipping expenses for defective products.
2. All Free Breath products purchased on our official website include a 1 year limited warranty. Our 1 year warranty covers a period of 365 days from order date.
3. Free Breath warranty does not cover: accidental damage or misuse, disassembling the product, improper handling or storage, and any damage caused by the unintended use of the product.
4. The customer must submit a Warranty Replacement Request on our official website Freebreath.net.
5. Free Breath’s Customer Service Department will review all Warranty Replacement Requests and has the right to approve or deny warranty coverage.
